Description
Cave-house carved out from the mountainside at the turn of the 20th century. It is a dwelling typical of the zone, which has a big termical and acoustic isolation. It was refurbished in 2001 but still maintains its original simple design and warm atmosphere. A new room has been added to it which is now the kitchen. It has got two levels connected inside by an spiral staircase. On the top floor there is a double room with a built-in wardrobe, a room next door with a sofa-bed, a bathroom, a well with a barbecue, a kitchen and a terrace. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a double built-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a dining-room (with a sofa-bed) communicating with the top floor. From the kitchen or the terrace you can see how the ferries which depart from the nearby harbour which communicate with Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Nature end astronomy lovers will be able to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets with Teide looming over the horizon.
