Ethnographic Museum ? Valleseco Visitors Centre (MECIV)
Here at the museum in the town of Valleseco we learn how gofio is made, its production processes and its historical relevance in the islands. The museum also houses the municipal Tourist Information Office, and also right nearby is the Valleseco Ecological Market.

Permanent exhibitions: The museum has a permanent exhibition on display of ethnographic elements, including (loom, elements for the weaving of wool, pottery etc) local craftwork, and from June 2014, we expect to hold a permanent exhibition of 64 sheets from Spain and Europe from the 19th and 20th centuries.
