A training program, comprised of 16 units, grouped in 4 tracks, includes visits for technical assistance by SICTED consultants, workshops for concerns and solutions that generate great debates, work groups that develop proposals for improvement for that destination and evaluations that compare the adequacy of the company/service to the quality standards, all of which concludes in the individual award of Commitment to Quality Tourism label.
