The Villa de Moya is situated in the northern part of Gran Canaria, twenty five kilometres from the capital of the island, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. To get to Moya the visitor should take the GC-2 road which runs along the north coast. The journey by car is easy and takes about thirty minutes when starting out from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

If you wish to visit Moya by public transport, you should go to the bus station (Estación de Guaguas) and take bus numbers 116 or 117 for Moya. They go direct to Moya and from Monday to Sunday there are departures approximately every two hours starting at 6.30 am through until 21.30 pm.
