Description
Large 18th century house in the historic centre of Teror
The Country House Doña Margarita is located in the town Teror, in the historic-artistic centre of the Town. The building, which dates from the end of the 18th century clearly represents the traditional Canary residential architecture and it was the home in the 1840s of the Basilica Butler, D. Pedro Suárez Guerra. The building has been totally renovated following criteria to recover and restore the original construction elements, conditioning them to achieve maximum comfort. To do this, the noblest traditional materials have been employed, particularly wood and basaltic stone.
