Description
This is a traditional Canary house which is more than 200 years old and perfectly maintained. The house has an inside Canary-style patio full of plants, with a porch over its entrance and on one of its sides which divide the house into two areas. On one side there is an area with a gable roof which houses the bedrooms and the living room. And on the other side there is the kitchen-dining room and the bathroom. It has 100 m2 of outdoor patio with a barbecue area and a wood-fired stove, library, games. The Aldea has a privileged climate, as temperatures remain constant all year round, between 18º and 28º C. This means we are lucky enough to have 3,500 hours of sun every year. Thanks to its location you can enjoy the coast (33 Km. with small coves) which is ideal for any type of water sports such as swimming in the clear waters of the Aldea and Puerto beaches, scuba diving, fishing, boat fishing, kayak,...and enjoy the countryside with trekking and cycling using bikes provided by the house for no extra charge. Don?t miss the Tamadaba Natural Park, the Roque Nublo Rural Park, the Inagua Integral Nature reserve, the Special Güigüi Nature Reserve: all these places offer high scientific, biological, geological and aesthetic interest.
